OVERVIEW
Hyderabad Metro Rail (HMR) is a fast paced rapid transit system operating in the city of Hyderabad, Telangana carrying close to 0.5 million passengers every day. With growing number of commuters everyday, HMR has emerged as a hotbed for increasing new travel needs.
EasyGo is an app that will assist in all travel-related needs of Hyderabad Metro for a stress-free experience.

SCOPE
User Research, Interaction Design, Visual Design, and Prototyping.
Background
Hyderabad Metro Rail (HMR) currently uses Contactless Smart Token, Single Journey Ticket, Smart Card, and TSavaari App for the purchase of tickets. However, with the increase in the number of commuters every day, the wait time for buying tickets at the station increases significantly.
The existing official app of HMR, TSavaari attempts to reduce passenger woes such as long queues in front of ticket counters by offering purchase of tickets online. But keeping in mind the evolving needs of users, certain aspects in terms of daily commute remain unsolved. HMR Mobile App will provide a one-stop solution to such issues faced by the users on a daily basis.
